of the older punch/pressure die cutting that needs a
physical wood, metal and rubber die to be made.
For only an additional
$50.00 fee, we will design, set up and die cut a completely new
cigar band shape for you. If we had to produce a physical die,
it could cost up to $500.00. That upfront cost is why our
competition just can't do what we can. Since we have
computerized our short run die cutting process, our cost is much
much less, and we pass on this savings to you.
Our custom cigar bands are known to be the finest in the industry.
And our custom shaped cigar bands (like our standard shape) are
die cut to digital standards, so you know that the die cut is
more precise and more exact than is possible using the old
punch/pressure technology.
We design each one to your specifications. We don't just drop in
some text or a logo to a preformatted band and say we're
